Who we are
These Terms of Use govern every purchase and use of the digital products offered by Metaphora LLC, doing business as Metaphora Digital ("we", "us"). By purchasing or using one of our products you agree to these terms, to our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Cancellation terms.
Nature of the products
Our products are software tools and digital creative resources (web applications, micro-SaaS tools, prompt libraries, workflow agents and template packs). They are provided to help you carry out tasks; the results you obtain depend on how you use them and on the third-party platforms you choose to use them with. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, earnings or results, and our products are not a substitute for professional legal, financial, medical or other advice.
Third-party platforms
Some products are designed to be used together with an account you hold on a third-party AI platform (for example OpenAI, Anthropic, Google or similar). Those accounts, their costs and their terms are yours and theirs, not ours. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of those companies; all trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Eligibility and restrictions
Purchases are intended for people aged 18 and over. We may restrict sales in jurisdictions where a product is unavailable or not permitted. Any language, region or availability restriction specific to a product is indicated on its page.
Licence and intellectual property
When you buy a product you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own projects, including commercial projects, unless the product page states otherwise. All software, content and materials remain the property of Metaphora LLC and are protected by copyright. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, sublicense or share access to the product, nor use it to build a competing product.
Accounts and access
Access to our applications is tied to the e-mail address used at checkout. You are responsible for keeping that mailbox secure and for all activity under your account. We may suspend access that violates these terms or that is used in an abusive or fraudulent way.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe in a secure environment. We do not receive or store your full card details. Prices are shown in US dollars on each product page before checkout. Unless the product page states that a product is a subscription, purchases are one-time payments with no recurring charges.
Promotions
Promotional prices and discounts are valid only during the advertised period and may end at any time. Unless stated otherwise, promotions are not cumulative and do not apply to purchases already made. Coupons have their own validity, quantity and conditions, shown at the time of the offer.
Changes and availability
We may update, improve or discontinue features of a product. Where a product is sold with lifetime access, "lifetime" means the lifetime of the product: we will keep it available for as long as it is commercially and technically reasonable to do so, and we will give reasonable notice before discontinuing it.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your country of residence.
