Subscriptions and recurring charges
Any product sold as a subscription or with recurring billing can be cancelled at any time, from the product's account area or by request to our support team. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee.
Cancellation stops future charges. Access remains active until the end of the period already paid for; there is no pro-rated refund for a period in progress, except within the 7-day guarantee described in our refund policy.
One-time purchases
One-time purchases (single payment, lifetime access) do not create recurring charges and therefore do not need to be cancelled — only the refund policy applies.
How to cancel
Cancel from the product's account area, or e-mail contact@metaphoradigital.online with the e-mail address used at checkout. We confirm every cancellation in writing.
