How you receive your product
All products are delivered digitally. As soon as Stripe confirms your payment, you receive your access details by e-mail — usually within minutes, and no later than 24 hours. For our web applications, access is tied to the e-mail address used at checkout: open the application, enter that e-mail, and your purchase is already unlocked.
If the e-mail does not arrive
Check your spam and promotions folders first. If you still cannot find it, or if you mistyped your e-mail at checkout, contact us and we will restore or correct your access — this is the most common support request and it is solved in minutes.
Add-ons
Some products are add-ons that work inside one of our applications. This requirement is stated on the add-on's page before purchase. If you buy an add-on without the core application, we will contact you with the options: get the core application, or a full refund of the add-on.
