7-day guarantee
You may request a full refund within 7 (seven) calendar days of the payment date, for any reason. This guarantee is our own commercial policy and applies to every product we sell, in addition to any rights you have under the law of your country.
How to request
E-mail contact@metaphoradigital.online from the address used at checkout, with the product name and, if you have it, the receipt or order number. You can also use the support form.
Processing times
We confirm receipt and complete the refund within 2 business days. Refunds are issued through Stripe to the same payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the amount may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement. Once refunded, access to the product is closed.
After 7 days
Requests received after the guarantee period are reviewed case by case. If a product does not work as described and we cannot fix it, we refund it.
Disputes and chargebacks
If something went wrong, please talk to us first — we resolve the vast majority of cases directly and faster than a dispute. We record and formally respond to every dispute opened through the payment provider, with the purchase record and access log.
Physical products
We do not sell physical products and nothing is shipped by mail. There are therefore no exchanges or returns of goods — the refund policy above applies to all of our digital products.
