How we handle your data
Metaphora LLC (Metaphora Digital) is the data controller for the personal data collected through our websites and products. We collect the minimum needed to sell, deliver and support our products, and we never sell your data.
What we collect and why
- Order data — name, e-mail address, product purchased, amount and date, so that we can deliver the product, keep accounting records and provide support.
- Account and usage data — sign-ins, last access and basic in-app activity, so that we can restore access, prevent abuse and improve the product.
- Support messages — what you send us by e-mail, phone or the contact form, so that we can answer you.
Payment data
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never received or stored by us. Stripe's handling of your data is described in Stripe's privacy policy.
Sharing
We share data only with the service providers needed to run our business (payment processing, e-mail delivery, hosting), under contracts that restrict their use of it, and when required by law.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time, and you may object to or restrict certain processing. Residents of California, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Brazil and other jurisdictions with data-protection laws have the rights granted by those laws (for example the CCPA, the GDPR and the LGPD). Retention
We keep order data for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes, and account data for as long as your account exists. Support messages are kept for as long as needed to resolve your request and for a reasonable period afterwards.
Cookies
Our websites use only the cookies strictly necessary for them to work (for example, to keep you signed in to an application). We do not use advertising cookies on our institutional website.

We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page, with material changes announced on the website.
